How Do Codes Work?

GPS can create as many codes in whatever increment (dollars or points) you need. Customers can then use this code at check out to redeem their gifts.

Can We Use Points Instead of Dollar Amounts For Items?

Absolutely! What we can't do is integrate with your system so that points are directly deducted from your player's point balance. That means that if you'd like to do a play and earn promotion, we'll need a cutoff day ahead of the promotion to preload our system with the correct

Does Your System Integrate With Ours?

Not at the moment, but this functionality will be coming soon!

Can Players Access the Site From a Kiosk?

Not yet, but they can easily access the site from a tablet! We're working on a kiosk integration, this functionality is coming soon.

What Are Delivery Lead Times?

It depends, but we're able to fulfill most items within 2-3 weeks.

Who Handles Customer Service?

GPS has a dedicated team that monitors all communications during your event. We have a 1-800 number that guests can call as well as a contact form on every site that sends messages your team.

What Happens If A Gift Runs Out?

Gifts will be automatically removed from the site once it's run out of inventory.

What Are the Fees Associated With the Site?

GPS does not charge your property for setting up and running an ezGIFT™ site. We'll never surprise you with fees.
